Veigar 900 AP @ 25 is balanced?
Am i the only one thinking that Veigar in 6.9 need a huge nerf?

He seemed op to me. I was at 40% as ap nasus WITH negatron cloak, and he killed me with his ult.
he gets 1 AP for hitting CHAMPIONS only, Q, W are skillshots, W, E are telegraphed, Q has a maximun target of 2, while in theory W and E can potentially hit 5, R is meant to execute enemies. How did he manage to hit an enemy champion this much during laning phase without dying?
