Leavebuster

I don't understand why the leavebuster is as strict as it is and it seriously needs some reworking.

A riot employee even agrees on this fact, how can you only give 90 seconds for someone to reconnect without punishment? Recently, my PC has been overheating and causing me to crash out of some games, i join back, go on to win the game and i then get punished with a leavebuster and LP loss, how is that fair in anyway? Where is the incentive to even bother joining back to the game?

The devs need to extend this leavebuster to at least 5 minutes to take in to account a PC reboot.

I don't know if anyone else has this issue or not with the leavebuster being way too strict and leaving no incentive to join back but I've had enough of it now as when i do DC now i just get tempted to walk off and go do something else coz i know ill lose LP and get punished regardless.
