Annie/twisted fate

I don't know. I guess it's because TF's potential threat duration is short despite the large radius while Annie's is potentially infinite in a small radius.

Basically people only complain when it effects them personally.

annie as an AOE stun that might as well be point and click. And she can kill your whole team while nuking one person, tf has to go 1 by 1 to kill people his q wont one shot you.

Because TF has crappy af damage unless he's fed and his only real threat is the fact that he can make a 2v2 into a 2v3 real fast. Even then, if your team is retarded, there isn't a whole lot he can do by himself. Annie, on the other hand, can walk bot, blow up your adc and then focus their support at lvl 6 with 2 dorans rings. TF damage, with 2 dorans rings, would take about 2-3 skill cycles to accomplish what annie can do in 1.
