Mordekaiser's W detonation should be usable when CC'd.
Just like Tryndamere's ult.
It just sucks that you as Morde have 0 mobility and 1 CC in a gank can easily mean you die. Also on teamfights, you get CC'd and you're pretty much dead.

What other champ gets to use their healing abilities while CC'ed? Hell, CC locking sustain champs is supposed to be part of their counterplay and you want Mordekaiser to be exempt because what, you like Mordekaiser?
