Is CertainlyT working on a new Champ?
@CertainlyT, I'd like to see something new from him. Last we got was Kalista. He brings in some of the most innovating champs/mechanics.

His work breaks the game in so many ways the balance team has fits trying to fix the mess.
Isn't he working on the Warwick rework? Prepare for 2 dashes, 4 passives and a blink dealing %maxHP damage.
His creations are the most fun to play and the most frustrating to play against champions.
CertainlyT designs champions which are EXTREMELY overpowered, and then just "tunes it down" from there to something "balanced."
That's how he makes his champions.
