Can Any Rioter Answer My Question?

My question revolves around Kha'zix

I want to know where you guys think he stands, and is there any changes coming to him?

This question came to my mind when I was watching 5.5 rundown, and then scarizard said this "Raptors are doing less damage so maybe kha'zix won't be eaten alive and die when he tries them" This is when he is talking about what Riot did to help junglers out. I appreciate the "nerfs" to the jungle, but I feel like kha'zix is still weak, and you don't recognize him. The last time you guys touched Kha'zix was on November 20th, 2014, when patch 4.20 came out. And guess what, this was a nerf to him, Void spikes Cooldown was increased to 10 seconds from 8. I feel like you guys know that the jungle is hard early. Thats why you buffed tank junglers and released the cinderhulk enchantment. But I feel like you are ignoring Kha'zix, and focusing on other junglers(Which I am not mad about, don't get me wrong, what you guys are doing is great)

I loved Kha'zix in season 4, but when season 5, Kha'zix early game is horrible. I am not saying to make him OP, or to rework him. Just A little buff. I would like to see his early game, and his assassination threat there. He has to buy a trailblazer, no question, and he can't assassinate anyone(maybe change the range on isolation?). Why would i pick kha'zix if I can pick Sejuani, Lee Sin, or even Nautilus.

I don't want to discuss mana costs or cooldowns(mostly because I don't want to get involved with that stuff, I'll leave it up to Riot), I just want to see some Kha'zix changes, and to see him again in Solo Queue.
