Does anyone know when exactly what month they decide they'll do it?
Also I think the 
current kit is just fine personally the only thing they should do is have his Q scale from HP with out the AP.
All they should really do is the VO and visuals.

It's basically done at this point. So is Shen's, though Shen is being released first. Taric will probably be after the second new champion of the year, unless that ends up taking too long. Probably around April-May?
I just think he gets way too tanky and taric top does a lot of dmg while being super tanky.
Taric is not in a fine spot. Tarics w is extremely underpowered and needs a rework or a buff. He gives 12 armor only with maxed W at level 9. Not rewarding at all.
