Is Ryze getting any buffs or changes soon?
I mean he only has a 39% win rate right now.
Which is worse than Rek'sai and she just got reworked.

Unlikely. He does pretty well in higher tiers of play, and people with more than 40 games have an average win rate of bout 52%, which isn't half bad.
They are waiting for the what is it now..? 4th rework?
Ryze has its strengths but I much prefer the iteration of machine gun Ryze. Current Ryze is not fun to play at all.
