And mord is permabanned in worlds not because he is op, but because he is meta altering. All of the team comps are build around having an adc paired with a sup. So these proteams have little practice dealing with his kit compared to everything else. Especially the teams that have been around for a long time. Secondly he would be a powerful pick to adapt to in world because of his early level scaling and dragon control. In th e worlds arena an advantage like that could be devastating and requires practice and time to prepare for. Since mord had been banned in ranked and normals 99% of the time the only opportunity they would have had to practice against him is normals or custom matches. Both are inadequate.
