500-900 ping AGAIN!

My User name is boonerious (don't laugh my cousin picked it), and i come to you today on bended knee with a problem. For the last few weeks, whenever i play league of legends my ping (which is normally around 130 in michigan.) has been shooting up from anywhere to 300- 500 or 500- 900, and before anyone says anything i'm using high speed internet and for the most part i'm the only one on it. (the internet company installed a speed booster, as well so double speed.) This problem i assumed was fixed, as for the last week its been pretty tame. However today i logged into league of legends, and had to sit through 3 lower que games due to my lag being so out of control i had to disconnect. the first game was horrible i had a enemy gragas screaming at me, to get gud when i had over 500 ping almost all game. the second and third games on aram went ok small lag spikes but nothing bad, however i rejoined team builder here again to try the new garen rework. Let me just say having my ping shoot up to 300, then to 500 then to 900 to the point where i was standing still and barely able to survive a fight thanks to my ultimate is bullshit. which is why i was happy about the new servers, but right now they can't come fast enough. I should not have to deal with 500-900 ping every damn game, it's unplayable but i have to play it because if i disconnect due to not being able to play. Your leaver buster decides i'm doing it for shits and giggles and lower tiers me for 5 games. let me just say this, when i am playing league of legends i make sure that is the only program using internet, i'm not using internet on my phone i'm not using spotify nothing else but league. there is no excuse for this, my ping should not have gone from a decent 130 to shooting up to 900 every game. I know you guys are moving the servers, but can you please for the love of god make it sooner? I can't take this crap anymore
