3,000 ping.

now this is getting to be bullshit riot, i made a post earlier today about my ping shooting up to 900. Well tonight it pushed way past that it hit 3,000 there is no reason for this NONE NO EXCUSE FIX THIS!

EDIT: i am the only one using the internet, no other programs are open but league so i know it can't be from my end.
