Teemo secret Nerf????
I was just starting to climb wiht lil ol teemo. Then he gets this disabled/secret nerf. Riot is well known for this. Nice job rito. Keep up ruining this game! 2 thumbs way down

Remember when Rumble & Viktor was disabled for about more than 2 weeks few Seasons ago?
But yes, you would think this is a "secret" nerf when it's not even been a week.
