Breezy Boyy1 votesI'd say that's fairly average, not bad, but not the best. Win more games and you get more LP gain per win. I get 25-26 LP per win.

Average in my experience is around 18 lp

Nothing to brag about. It just means you haven't placed high enough yet. If you keep pushing you'll get there eventually.
HonorRibbon1 votesHow much per loss? If equal, then it is literally within the definition of average. If you gain 22 but lose 23 or more it is on the bad side. If you gain 22 but lose 21 or less then it is on the good side.
