Can we make it so that when you open your champion capsule, you are guaranteed not to get a 450 BE champ? It's kinda sad to reach a new level after hours of grinding - if we even have time left after a busy day - and see a garen shard...
You get other prizes too. You need the 450 champs for Mastery.
And honestly, they DID get rid of some of the 450s. Now instead of getting a 450 shard.... Riot just gives up 90BE sometimes. Riot is being super stingy with the rewards, don't ask for changes because it will only get worse.
It's a business. So sometime you're going to have to pay for skins at least. The rune changes I like and will get buffed/nerfed here and there, but BE is just terrible and needs to go. IDK why riot has to take a working system and change it. They are known for this and it's getting really annoying lately.

Look at it from the other perspective, you own most of the champions then BE because literally sparkle dust you apply to your cheeks! yey I look pretty.
