Could we nerf Gublade's damage or sustain?

The champions that benefits from this item benefits more of that item than Jhin does from Infinity edge.

Damage, scalings, powerfull active, damn good sustain.

If it is going to have it all it should not have everything to be top notch. It's not very fun to see a kata just steamroll everything from 1 item. Most CC abilities that can stop her has a certain delay to them except a couple. And that is enough time for kata to oneshot a carry, doesn't even need ult most of the time.

The sustain makes Akali close to unkillable because it stacks well with her already excisting sustain and damage so she will shred you in seconds and survive a dive with it due to her stealth being undetectable.

Jax just whaps everything into dust with it.

Don't let that one item be the whole gamechanger for the champs that scale of it. 1 item should not be enough to oneshot from nothing and heal you for 15% of the damage done, no matter the source.
