Taliyah, the Girl Who Lost Her Way?

Before you read. Yes i'm Bronze. Go ahead and ignore my opinion if you're higher elo. Just putting in another two cents.

Recently a post made by, Friend of the JG, has been sitting at the top of the hottest posts for a while. And it got me thinking about Taliyah again.

Taliyah has seen it all, from a hotfix in the first few days, to being buffed to a relatively strong mage, to being nerfed losing some wave clear and damage on her combo.

But now, she's actually in an okay spot. (Not sure if 48% winrate is a decent spot or not, but to me it looks close enough)

Her recent "changes" were actually a lot better than you may think. Reducing the duration of worked ground by a minute, reducing the cooldown on her Q. They, over all, made Taliyah's wave clear moderately better by making her Q more spammable.

Although, according to Champion.gg, her minion kills are a little less than a mid lane average, her assists are up extremely. I'm not exactly the best at this. But high assists are more of a support's thing, isn't it?

She may be in a better position, but I don't think she's there yet
