Riot needs a new business plan

I think Riot needs to focus on gameplay and balance instead of chat. If a kid is feeding and his team tells him to please stop and they lose the game because of them. Why is the whole team considered "toxic?" If one of my employees is doing a bad job I am going to tell him or her. That is part of being a manager. Riot do you even have a manager? I am getting the feeling you have a bunch of people running around like chickens with their heads cut off and no one to actually guide them correctly. Why waste so much time and resource to fix something that isn't broken? NO ONE CARES if someone else calls them bad and that person needs reported and banned because you "hurted" someone's feelings. WHAT WE DO care is if someone afks are intentional feeds.

Seriously Riot fix the packet loss and all the other bad glitches in this game. The chat is the least important thing in the game. Gameplay and balance is the most important and right now is so bad, you have probably noticed the loss in players. Whats the fun in playing a lagging game?

That isn't toxic at all! Telling someone to go kill themselfs or get cancer is "toxic." heck I have been chat restricted for months now because Riot's new system punishes anyone that has been reported before. I'm really surprized not everyone isn't perm muted.

This is America freedom of speech! Quit limiting the chat and fix the game instead. Riot is only hurting themselfs and their profits.

Some people are just having a bad game. A better way to deal with it might be to say, "Hey, I see that you are dying. Try playing more defensive and farm a little then we go in and win!" Complement them when they do well. Don't hound them when they are doing bad. Encourage always and remain positive.

People do care when they are insulted or being called names. You may have a thicker skin but that does not mean that you know what is going on with another person. Its a game, have fun, play nice. Saying they are bad does not help them get better.

Riot is working on it. You don't see or hear about it due to them not being ready to release any updates about it. Chat changes are moving faster, thus you hear more about it.

There are numerous departments at Riot, each one with a different job, be it artwork, lore, gameplay, chat, networking, ect. And before someone goes and says that Riot should devote more people to one aspect over another. A graphical artist isn't going to have a single clue how to code in the mechanics of a champ, or how to check for bugs, ect. And no, Riot firing entire sections of their company in favor of putting more money towards one single aspect of the game isn't a good idea, in fact it's corporate suicide.

if you actually care what others think about you then maybe you shouldn't be playing a game. I hate this whole thing how people are crying over cyber bullying. Are you really that shallow of a person who cares what some small spec of the internet has to say about you? Does that personal know everything about your life and has known you for years? If you are that type of person well I'm sorry to say this but I wouldn't hire you for any of my businesses.

I don't know if it is because these kids have been sheltered or something all their lives. At some point he or she needs to grow up and realize the only thing that matters is what YOU think about yourself. Not anyone else in the world.

I'd love to see Riot fire the chat restriction team because they have all failed to do their correct jobs. They need to focus on how the chat bringing the team together as a team to corporate! Not restricting everyone from telling someone to please stop feeding. I know Riot is a corporation instead of a gaming company and that is sad Riot cares more for money than they do their actual game.
