Many things still need fixed

Lets be honest we all know you have tried Riot but you have greatly failed. With each new update the game gets worse. Ranked restrictions, lag and fps drops, and the new jungle have ruined this game. Riot why in the world did you ever put up rank restrictions? You first said there wasn't enough people in ranked and that is why the queue times can be too long. You wanted more people in ranked and now you are keeping at least 20% of players out of ranked (if not far more). I'm sure you don't understand the whole nature of us humans, so maybe that can explain the terrible reasoning behind it. People rage get over it. Quit wasting effort and money on something that will never be fixed.

The lag in this game is killing me. It has very short burst of fps drops from warding and a lot of other activities. I'm running on a computer that puts most gaming computers to shame. GTX titan can handle anything so why are we getting these bad random frame drops from 200fps down to 10fps?

The jungle needs fixed badly. We junglers aren't getting enough xp and the laners still want to take our grump or krugs. Only a few junglers can keep up with the lanes (like 5 if not less than that). While other jungle champions are 2-4 levels below the solo lanes and sometimes lower than the bot lane. A smite with 60 second cooldown is higher than what we use to have before the new jungle. Now I almost always have to use smite for the jungle because of the new jungle is too strong. When ganking if I want to gank I normally have to wait on smite for numerous reasons.

These are some of the major things that needs fixing. In all I'm pretty disappointed in this preseason. I really enjoyed preseason 3 but this preseason has left many people disappointed.
