MAKE ADC GREAT AGAIN

Not really sure why riot nerfed Lucian at all. Sure he was stronger than other AD Carries, sure he could solo a tank, sure he was slippery, But he was beatable. There are so many other champs in so many other roles that can do all Lucian can do only they are tanky, or they have better escapes, or cc. Im not sure why Riot keeps ADC as such a weak role. It really makes no sense how Riot will have a role they know are weak but as soon as one champ in that role is finally as strong as they should be, they nerf.

I think Riot needs to sit down and reevaluate their recent decisions, Tanks need to have a counter again.

P.S. Maybe consider nerfing Amumu, Volibear, Brand, Zyra and Malzahar being as that they have the highest winrates.
