Let me guess. He had Q already proced before fighting and then Q'd after one auto. That's a typical Udyr trademark for high physical damage in a bit of a burst.

He doesn't if you don't feed him 14 kills then proceed to build absolutely zero resistances or health then wonder why you take so much damage
