Looking for help

So, I've come to the conclusion that solo queue is unplayable at the moment if you're solo. Every single game, you'll get at least one incompetent teammate that costs the game. I had been playing with my brother, but now that he got to gold, he doesn't want to risk losing it, so I've had to go back to solo and have lost every single game since. Trying to find someone to duo with at night for the next few games to try to at least not land in bronze. I play jungle and top, and was silver last season so I can play with up to gold players. Hope someone can help me out.
