It is perfectly within reason that now that they own RIOT that they would rig worlds for China so that they would have something to brag over. I do not like G2, and Perkz is a bad person, but it is clear that they are not playing like normal. They are throwing in uncharacteristically dumb ways for them. We will never see another region win now that China owns League.

As one that followed the international games from regular splits to MSI and World, I was shocked and disappointed at what happened this year.
G2 in all their previous games, they never lost a best of 5 due to choke or draft issues and especially not to bad decisions in-game.
However when playing vs China, everything about the games seemed off.
Look at what happened in other sports and companies when they go against China either by using the #IStandWithHongKong or #FreeHongKong OR when they associated their president with Winnie the Poh.
China censor push alot and basically there is no freedom of speech with them.
Now it's just another example of a sport being tainted by greed and stupidity.
I lost all my faith in LoL as a whole, from the community, organisers and everything.
I even bough tickets to berlin and was excited to experience what I only saw online, but now...
