So i really appreciate that riot buffed Quinn, she seems doing a little better now but i still think she's a little bit too weak, atleast comparing to others ADCs/Top laners. I think Quinn (and Valor) are so cool champions that needs some love, please think about it :)

Only thing Quinn needs is a more responsive passive empowered auto attack animation. At the moment its super clunky and doesn't work half the time.
If they fix this, Quinn will be in a great spot.
She doesn't need a buff... Especially 25 range increase... That would be ludicrous. She'd be outranging a lot more gap close abilities at that point and she'd be a total monster in top lane.
As for her passive... I will agree it needs work. Maybe if you target something then the passive prioritizes on that? Like when you click on an enemy champ, the passive will always prioritize the champ and not waste itself on a nearby enemy minion.
Her range is fair, considering she has an AoE blind and a good gap closer. If you think about it, the three adcs that Quinn is most similar to are Lucian, Graves, and to a lesser degree, Vayne. All of these have shorter range than other adcs, because their kits are just so good.
If Quinn were a little less buggy and a little more reliable, I think she'd be in there with those three, with perhaps a somewhat smaller niche because of her ult.
What she really needs are some bug fixes, and maybe a few small QoL changes to her ult (but, bugfixes first).
What we really don't want is for her to suddenly burst onto the scene with too much power and get nerfed into oblivion because top laners start complaining. Whatever Riot does, they should do it slowly, and steadily, and stop when it's enough.
she need maybe 25 range increase like Vayne, and a better passive response, like 4 second cooldown, that don't delay to 7 second because of somewhat bug.
So guys if you like the post just upvote to let riot know
lower the CD on the ult at level 6 and 11. Scale her AD better into mid game, and to a lesser extent into late game.
Fix the bugs on her passive. Fix her extremely slow and clunky autoattack animation compared to other adcs to be quicker.
Problem solved.
