Ever wonder how champions that "float" get minion blocked?

I mean visually and aesthetically they should move right over minions o.o

@RIOT can you test out how giving floaty champs a passive to avoid minion collision would affect their gameplay? (both helping them and how it affects enemy playing vs them?)

p.s. im sorry but if i was Darius and my own minions were blocking me, causing me to risk dying, I would cleave them myself to open a path to get away v_v

Well, Janna and Kassadin already do this. There's obviously more than these (like Anivia, Karthus), but it's a start.

Well...there's also how Fizz doesn't get blocked. Despite being similar size and not floating.

Or just remove minion block entirely.

Because minion collision is a very crucial part of laning. Removing collision for floating APCs would make them extremely more powerful in lane.

Because there are limits to how far you need, and can, stretch "canon logic" to gameplay & mechanics.

It's the whole "Y WND WALL CAN BLOK ALL MAH BULLETZ?!" argument. Yes, its wind. No, it doesn't make "sense" how it can block a gigantic anchor flying towards it, or how it can vanish an entire tidal wave by touching one inch of it. Sometimes they make allowances for it (Naut's ult can go "under" the wall, Kog's can go "over" it) but you can only take it so far

If it were, minions would be getting nosebleeds from a hovering Sona.
