What was the big deal with Championship Riven 2014 again? Why no Championship Shyvanna 2016?

Someone please explain. Was it purely because of demand? But that isn't fair to the other skins that were also re-released. Please tell me Riot didnt simply do this for where the money was most, there are creators and artists out there that should be given the same respect as Riven was with a "crown" for the original.

Championship riven was unable to ever be bought after season two. Riot said it was exclusive and was never intended to be part of a skin line. When it became a line, they released it again under the condition the og users would get some perks. Shyvana was never subject to this restriction hence no change to her

In 2014 the game wasn't as popular, so not as many people got her skin. they already did a thing for other championship skins before Riven

if they didnt make a skin line, then how is there Thresh Kalista Zed (upto 206) in between these two if you say 2014 is when the first one came out? They aren't 1 per year? So you're saying riven wasnt the first, but was the first to be exclusive? lol that contradicts the usual approach to making a skin line.
