Yeah Sivir is a weak early game champion. Her passive helps her with kiting. She is a utility carry so doesn't have the best of damage mid game but it is definitely there. Ricochet full team crits owie.
I'm not sure if she needs a buff, she can be really scary and takes over games with her team pretty well.

I think the better question is if Sivir is weak because she's weak as a character or if she's weak because the other picks right this moment are overtuned so heavily.
I don't have a solid answer for that.
meh shes always a big pick in a tank meta because she lets everyone run in.
she does have small range. tbh. I might just buff her spell shield to longer duration maybe and thats it?.
the best way to buff her imo is to make minions tankier so adcs that don't have ricochet have harder time waveclaering.
Strong or weak, i'd like to see them adjust all attack ranges to not be basically equal to that of ranged minions, because this is where you're going to feel most of the impact of minion block. Trying to last hit, and finding that you need to let your character run for 200 units just to get into attack range of the minions.
Yeah, you have an issue with getting stuck during an important moment, but that's a lot less common than just missing like 5 cs a minute, because your character is walking around minions.
I think her Boomerang Blade should have its Damage scale with Crit. It is awkward to see her build the classical Crit Build and her bread and butter Ability barely deal any Damage...
They gutted her ult to the point where it speeds up the same amount as Karma's E, just for a longer duration.
Sivir is ADC that has to get in lead fast and then snowball hard push. If that doesn't happen, the game is fucked for her most of the time. Late game every other ADC usually out damages her.
Nah, a good Sivir can get a lot of mileage from the shield if she plays it right
No. Don't buff any ADC. I don't want to hear complaints about Sivir the same way I hear complaints about Twitch now.
I think the issue isn't sivir, I think the issue is just the current state of the game.
@thread Sivir has low range because she has high MS and high ability range. Ever try mana-lethality sivir? SHe hits like a truck.
yes, RIOT. Are you KIDDING us with her passive i agree - hecarim, udyr, sona, garen, draven, karma, nami ALL MAKE HER ULT SEEM LIKE WTF, " THAT'S MY ULTIMATE ABILITY? AN EXTENDED ONE OF THEIR SIDE ABILITIES? AT LEAST MEAKE ME FASTER" btw, Sivir would fit perfectly into an AIrbender Skin
