They completely outstrength Yi untill 20 minutes, and by then Yi will be so behind that he only catches up by 50 minutes.
And the other champions still have some heavy, point and click CC that will lock him down long enough to kill him.
Yi is only strong vs teams that cant lock him down, he is like a tryndamere with no ult.

Nerf yi all you want its not yi thats broken its the "dummy" players that hand him wins. They wont disable what he does just to please rammus mains in silver. Get a proper life please.
