Leblanc Changes Idea

is in a dire need for some minor changes as her identity changed from an Assassin to a Mage after the Assassin Update.

1. Make her Passive have bonus effects depending on which ability it is proc'ed by, similar to her echoing Q, aswell as dealing less damage.
2. Lower the damage on her E. Make it a tool for self defense from the divers and juggernauts. Instead of slowing the enemy, it could instead speed her up. Lower leash range, so LB must commit if she seeks to use it offensively. Have the snare duration be 1 sec. Reduce the time it takes to proc to 1.25, so she would have to use Q or W to actually have some sort of risk to use it's empowered effect.

• If she procs her passive with her E, the snare duration doubles as well as dealing 8% of target's CURRENT hp as magic damage.

3. Allow her W to deal more damage, forcing LB to use it if she wants to burst a target down. Sigil empowered effect could have her deal even more single target damage.

This way, LB is forced to take risks, like an actual assassin, if she is willing to burst down a target, as well as having a tool to protect herself from pesky divers and tanks.
