Premades who surrender after losing 1 teamfight...

Okay, so... I am playing since season 2, and I have encountered this issue only in this season. Had few ranked matches where clearly premade mates [same abbriveations after summoner names and they even confirmed that they are premades] picked to surrender after losing just 1 teamfight. Usualy it happens mid game, at like 20/25 kills/deathes count. Its very disturbing and unpleasant experience because I know as matter of fact that u can win game even 4vs5 as long as u will get some luck in teamfight. Here is a proof: http://prntscr.com/b3wmep

Personaly I always play solo q always at NA/Nordic, so its pretty big problem for me since they are literaly throwing games without even trying. Could you adress this problem and, lets say, limit voting for premade teams so that they wont be able to do as they please just because they are premades? Maybe restrict premades's ability to vote, and give them only 1 vote per 2 people, or something like that?
