Need a way in to tell the skill level of my team mates

Tired of trying team builder and seeing people use strong champions but just completely fail at basic game play, their needs to be a way to see how many games a person has played or their rank or something, some way to tell if they can actually play competently or not, so im not stuck in 40 min 1 sided crap fest of being able to do nothing cause 2 people on my team had no skill thought they were pro but were only pro at feeding the enemy team and only actually know how to vote no to surrender when the scores 8 to 36, 20 mins into the game, and the enemy team has lost no towers gotten every dragon and baron. give us a function to see a person's skill level at playing the game in match making so we can tell if its going to be a crap fight or a decent team player.

Most people play team builder to Practice champs they are guaranteed to play. At least thats what I do.

Its a normal so what you lose. People are there to try and get better

Games are one sided in team builder for a reason. Highest elo I was this season was gold 2, when I play team builder I usually go against diamond 4 / 5 and even masters at times. It's really random and a silver going against a diamond / plat isn't going to be an easy match up, especially if they get countered.

Each queue has its own MMR, so that's why you can run into players who are outside of your "skill" level. I feel it is something RIOT could address, like making matches done on the same map share ratings or something.

As for how I judge my teammates skill, I go with the if they are queued up with me, they must suck as much as I do.
