Must lock pick in champ select
Riot.....why must you lock in, if somebody clicks a character they obviously are at the computer. allow the game to proceed without the lock click please god.

Or the guy was lagging so hard that after he hit Lock In, the "Receiving info from server" pops up for a good 30 minutes.
