Lag into game loss

ARAM for the night. Our champ select ended and our team stuck without loading screen. I restart the client, am stuck in queue at 9:30pm cst for about 5 minutes, get into game, reconnect into loading game. after load, kicked back out cannot find game. Reload, no queue time, load screen, GET INTO GAME! Nexus is destroyed less than 5 seconds after I get into game.

Is this the game i'm so used to playing?
