I don't understand how you guys match-make people who are close to their series with tilted players.

When I get series, i happen to get feeders. A couple of times it was legit troll who built stupid stuff like all tears.
Cause you can't tell if someone is tilted or not.
Maybe they should add a check box just so people can check that they're tilted or not.
Because as we all know, Riot has developed an advanced system using recurrent neural networks to identify tilted players and put them into promotionals of other players
Or, maybe there's just cognitive bias?
