Where did Talon go in 8.4

The buff to Talons r in 8.4 pbe really wasn't a special buff, but was needed because the damage on Talon really isn't sticking up right now. The change to his mr and armor on the pbe won't change anything for the champ right now. What he needs is damage, his w to come back faster, his crit q to go into his auto attack smoothly, increased range q or just a revert. Anything along those lines would help the champion right now.
