Decrease delay on Talon's W

Talons W takes way too long to land. With the update riot added a lot of delayed damage which is fine, but with me having to combo this it's too much delay. Everyone can simply walk out of it without needing any ability, so if they do use 1 you can imagine my dilemma. With me having to land abilities to stack for passive. Not asking for it to be as fast as old Talons W but this new 1 needs to be faster coming back, so that you don't have as much time to simply walk out of it. Consider just lowering the delay all together or it can go it can go down with level. Leave a comment explaining why you disagree, or what changes you think Talon needs (full revert included).

i disagree there needs to be a delay... Same as lb chains there just needs to be time to escape before the full damage hits you

Except without the delay, it's a 100% chance of hitting both ends. It goes out quickly, and comes back quickly. No delay, they don't get to dodge. Meaning no counterplay. Meaning he has to get nerfed into the ground.

As much as I would like that result, 2 weeks for that to happen would be way too long.

They could make it scale down with level since in lane people need to be able to dodge it but later on people shouldn't be in a position to get hit by it as often.
