Hahahaha. NO. Tank Zed should have never even been a thing. I'm glad for the Titanic nerf and the incoming Hexdrinker/Maw in 6.7 patch too.
I always thought it was really strong, but I never said anything because I was too busy abusing it. The active feels like a whole other ability; it's way better than the active on its crappy counterpart.
No buff it, Give it an ap ratio. Tank Ekko Needs it.
Tanky Zed, unfortunately, is a balance nightmare.
Zed offers nothing a traditional tank does, so there's one main point he shouldn't be balanced to do it.
He's also a mobile assassin, unlike juggernauts (even Vi, probably one of the more mobile bruisers, still doesn't have that level of safety Zed has), has reliable poke, and that combination is unhealthy for a bruiser (again, even Vi's E or Lee's Q isn't the greatest thing ever, and serves a mean to an end rather than mindless poke).
There's absolutely no reason tank Zed should be a thing. His kit is just plain not compatible. It's just bullshit and you know it.
