Why?
Why is riot buffing champs that don't need it and leaving other champs behind? Its like they play favorites. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

In regards to 6.2 or the PBE?
Other than Xin Zhao, not many champs come to mind in recent history.
what im saying is he didn't need this buff, could have buffed up some other weak champs
This is the solution for not nerfing Lee Sin for the Lee Sin haters that suck at playing Lee Sin. It will hopefully shut them up by buffing a Lee Sin counter that has a low skill floor.
