Taliyah's E minefield becomes terribly counteractive as time goes by.

TL;DR: Taliyah's E isn't doing its job late game and sometimes mid game due to falloff damage multipliers. I propose to change the mine trigger damage type from magic damage to %Max HP damage.

Thanks to its falloff damage multipliers decreasing the damage of each consecutive mine by 15%. Buying a Magic Resistance item or two is enough to negate a majority of the trigger damage to the point where it's negligible. Her Q works on the same concept. This makes her late game power very pitiful as her two damage options both have falloff damage multipliers. The E mines did not have falloff damage multipliers before, but it was nerfed due to people foolishly stumbling into the minefield thinking it wont kill them.

I want to fix this because Taliyah's kit becomes extremely inconsistent and frustrating to play with and play against. Riot doesn't want her E to be exploding enemies, but there are better ways to handle it than putting a simple gimp on it. I propose to change its minimum trigger damage from doing simple magic damage to doing %Max HP damage (Refer to topic image if you're confused).

Maybe the minimum trigger damage numbers would be roughly changed like this:

~~ 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 / 75 (+20% AP) with falloff damage of 15% per triggered mine up to a maximum of 55%~~ >> 5% / 6% / 7% / 8% / 9% (+ 1% per 150 AP) per triggered mine

Get rid of the falloff damage multiplier since it is no longer needed this way. This change will allow the mines to do relevant damage against Tanky champs such as Darius, Graves, Gragas, and Malphite, while not outright annihilating squishies such as Ahri, Vayne, Kalista, and Ezreal like it did before.

As the E is right now, it's better if the mines do not trigger during late game because the slow field it creates is much more useful than the pitiful trigger damage. That is quite silly as Taliyah is supposed to be rewarded for triggering the mines. This isn't the case against enemies who build Magic Resistance, hence why triggering the mines are a decent option early on.

"Why doesnt my slow also do 52% of the tank's HP?"

Also really dont think you understand how damage multipliers work
