How to care about own jungle camps?

I am learning to play Lee and I am quite good with using all of his mechanics, but I am total noob as a jungler overall.

Enemy jungler (Tryndamere) was clearing my jungle like a madman whenever I was on gank or teamfight. He made it to the line where I was level 10 and he was level 12, maybe 13 which is a huge difference. I would like to mention that this early game was quite good for me (stats close to 3/0/4)

How to protect from that kind of loose? I know I could put some wards but Tryndamere with stacked fury clears buffs in no time, at level 6 he can roam my jungle with ease.

You say you know his mechanics but I doubt that when their trynd is clearing faster than lee when it shouldnt happen. Either your pathing is slow or you're sitting around in a bush too long doing nothing to fall behind

Try to remember to have a pinkward in your jungle at all times. And don't delay purchasing boots if you want to gank 24 7.
