New Recipe: [B.F. Sword + B.F. Sword + 1100 gold] Total Cost: 3700g Attack Damage increased from 70 to 80 [Removed] No longer increases critical strike damage. [New Effect] UNIQUE Passive: Doubles your critical strike chance. [New Effect] UNIQUE Passive: 20% of critical strike damage is converted to true damage.

It's irrelevant if this is buff or nerf, but what is relevant is that you will no more have a hard reasons to complain that Vayne is busted, or Ornn Nasus is so tanky we can't win this without Velkoz Vayne KogMaw

For sure many times it will be abused on some champions, and the tune up will be required, but in the long term I am personally happy that champions who stack armor and keep their damage up and runing will be pushed away.

Never liked the concept of all-in 100 to 0 assasins, but champions like Ornn are on the opposite lane that shows it's either not funny to play against.

I feel that kind of reasoning is pretty short-sighted: sure, tanks do too much damage right now, and marksmen will be able to kill them quicker, but does that actually solve the issue? What about AP champions, or even just AD fighters, who have to contend with tanky opponents? Once tanks get balanced around dealing too much damage and dying quickly to marksmen, how exactly will they be made healthy? At the end of the day, tanks will still be able to deal too much damage, only now they will need to do so, lest they get some massive compensation buffs elsewhere, because otherwise they'd simply be too weak in an environment where most of their armor purchases would get invalidated. Tanks will be less able to counter AD champions who will have excessive means of ignoring armor, and in turn all champions will continue to have too hard a time dealing with tanks before accessing those items. If the real issue is with the balancing of tanks, it is the balancing of tanks that should be addressed, not the itemization that allows just one specific class to counter them.
