Ryze.

Ryze is unreal right now. Let's just talk about what he has: A shield pretty much for an entire fight, an extremely spammable snare that pretty much screws over ANY melee. If you have ever played against a good ryze in soloq, you know what a fucking pain it is no matter what champion you are. He can spam everything with his ult, and get his ult back 10 seconds later. Not to mention he has no weak point at all. Early game he just snares you forever whenever you get close enough and he just spams his q. Mid game he just has a RoA and tear which gives him insane damage and fight sustain. Late game his mana scaling and AoE is unbeatable. But still, in the PBE he still isn't nerfed. Yet they still decide to nerf sivir even though she isn't even a top 2 ADC right now. Rito, rito, rito... I worry sometimes.
