Jayce's w

Okay Riot, you have nerfed my main to shit, ever since he's been released. Now that you finally hit hit with the hardest nerf ever. I would like you to justify your actions. You nerfed the cooldown, by allow cooldown to start after last shot been shot, or skill runs out. You now nerfed 20% damage, that's 60% damage in total that you took off on his w. Okay, things are sounding a bit grim for Jayce. But since Riot has a history of never reverting their nerfs because that'll just mean that they were wrong. At least give the max attack speed on Jayce's w, not the nonsense fake attack speed that shoots at a 1.3, if not slightly slower. It's not even fair, that you throw all these accusations that Jayce shouldn't be able to burst at long range without going to hammer form, yet you didn't compensate for his hammer "burst", which he doesn't have, like ever. Now you wouldn't even give the w real maximum attack speed...
