Harsher penalties for AFK's in ranked!

I'm pissed! Every game I get into I ALWAYS get an AFK. Im not talking about a legitimate afk where they do not connect, but a troll who is mad because I lane doesn't do well and gives up. They sit in spawn spamming spells so they avoid the leave-buster! It's so retarded, I understand that ranked queue isn't perfect, but I honestly think if you sit in spawn to avoid the leave-buster in ranked it should be considered an exploit of the game and result in harsher penalties.

Yeah, I agree, there should be harsher penalties for AFKs. It is really hard to balance out this problem though.

Because there is players who disconnect because of issues that they can't control themselves.

I was thinking of a harsher punishment. Punishments such as: Banning the player for 3 days the first time they commit this offense. Ban them for 2 weeks every time they do it after that.

This punishment should only apply in Ranked.

Normal games should have more passive punishments.

Agreed, I would only want people who INTENTIONALLY AFK to be subject to those punishments. I do not think that the unintentional afk should be punished. My definition of intentional AFK would be rage quits, or sitting in spawn typing all game/refusing to participate in the game.
