So, first post ever since since Season two about how "Balanced" a champion is... I just want Riot's opinion. Was she intended to be this strong or nah? Because literally 1v3ing people as her is kinda stupid. Pretty much adding another champion to the perma banned list in rank.

She remind me of Heimerdinger . Just more useful for the whole game.

She's weak....players just refuse to practice positioning and respect her ulti.
