based on the new evelynn rework soon to be and a new stealth mechanic she will get , what are your thoughts about how the new stealth mechanic will be and if it hints towards a shaco rework or not.
She won't have a new stealth mechanic. She will certainly keep the camouflage one. Even she received some tweaks on it.

Where you seeing that she's getting a new stealth mechanic? I haven't seen that anywhere.
Either way, I do not think it hints at a Shaco rework. He could be next (he is on the tier 1 list, after all), but they would do eve without worrying about that, I think.
I think they're going to add some kind of Nearsight effect to her kit.
This is the reason: Nearsight, i.e. sight reduction, uses the Fog of War to make it look like you're in the dark. Like Nocturne's Paranoia, I think Eve's going to get a new Ulti that Nearsights a single target and makes that target AND herself invisible to every other champion, ally and foe.
The effect being: she's an assassin, but Riot doesn't like 100-0 burst in 1s - they want her victims to have a chance to outplay. With the effect mentioned above, they can lower her overall burst but keep her an assassin - she has do dance with / play with her prey before she kills them. It'd be like the two of them are alone together in the dark.
I don't think it hints toward a Shaco rework, but it implies they will be getting more creative with stealth and invisibility effects - exploring more ways of expressing those effects and their fantasy in-game.

I hope the rework doesn't destroy her.... also keep her heels goddamnit.
