.When a champion's damage comes 90% from his autoatacks this item gives 12% damage reduction in lane. Make Fighters Great again. Change this reduction to only work for crits please.

then it wont work against on hit carries.

i'd argue that juggernauts are worse than the generic fighters, besides darius and mord most of them are quite bad atm
