Can the enemy team see my oracle lens?

For example, when I am standing in a bush can they see my oracle lens outside of the bush. Or can they see it at all? Just wondering if it gives away my position. I also read somewhere that it disables any ward it finds until you attack that ward is that true?

If they can't see you, they can't see your oracle lens I think. There must be more to it, though.
