I literally have no idea what to do. Like seriously 90% of my games for the last like month my teams just feed. Im about to give up on the game. I feel like i have zero impact if i do well in lane it doesnt matter cuz my team feeds and carries and if i do bad then im right there with them. I lost 13 out of my 20 last game. I really dont know what to do. How do i carry if my team just feeds the whole time.

What do i do if my team feeds every game?
Stop having this mentality. If you lose, figure out how you fucked up. If you had played perfectly you wouldn't have lost, so figure out where you went wrong. Going "Oh well I lost because my team fed", even if it's actually true, means you're shifting responsibility and refusing to improve.
Every time you win a game people on the enemy team feel exactly how you do. Each win you take, there is someone who is mad that someone on his team fed and there is nothing he could have done to win.
Everyone is in the same system.
The only consistent is you. There is zero reason to focus on anything else but your own gameplay if you want to improve. Stop trying to win. Just try to improve.
Every single person has the same odds of getting a troll in their game. So long as YOU are never the troll, the odds of the enemy team having a troll is higher than your own.
You are almost never going to lose a game and feel like it wasn't because of someone playing like garbage on your own team, at any rank.
