Why is no one talking about Lissandra changes?

They took off 20% off her total ap ratios , when she already does low damage just to give her a useless passive. what is the point of that??

Will stop bullying toplaners. Good.

Will deal no damage with aftershock. Awesome.

They cut her mana costs a lot too, and they said they've got hot fixes planned in case she's on the weak side. Gotta remember that she's going from a passive that did no damage, to one with a relatively high base, a decent ratio, and a slow. We'll just have to wait and see how she goes once live.

useless? it's a very solid passive

there's not much use talking about such big changes until we see how it ends up on live

It leaves room for new combos - they buffed her e speed to make her use it more in trades rather than as an escape and it's her most damaging basic spell

They don't want her to be the ice version of Annie which is basically all she is at the moment. They want a champion who can provide more lock down which obviously can't come with the same amount of burst.

You now have 3 skills that CC and a passive that also can on top of having better escape from your E at short range.

The new passive looks horrible. Almost useless until the end of the game.

a fed lissandra now will actually be even more oppressive to play against. The base damage on her passive and ap scaling makes up for that w/r nerfs. When behind tho she will be a glorified cc bot with no dmg basically.
