Janna bae

I think that it would be cool if Janna's W Zephyr, Which is currently a passive mov speed boost or active slow.

As Riot is trying to push her into becoming more auto attack focused this could be an interesting change. it could even be balanced to where Janna was slowed the same amount that she dealt to enemies! And as an avid Janna player i like the current direction pbe is taking her, but with her w being such a flat part of the kit, it needs some uniqueness.
